Shipping & Handling
All Edward Elise orders are carefully packaged in signature or accompanying presentation boxes and shipped in discreet, fully insured parcels.
WE OFFER COMPLIMENTARY EXPRESS DOMESTIC SHIPPING ON ALL PURCHASES.
Further expedited and international delivery options are available upon request and may incur additional charges.
Delivery Timing
In-stock items typically ship within 2 to 3 business days of order confirmation. Please feel free to contact us if you may need us to accommodate a faster turn around for you.
Custom and made-to-order pieces require additional lead time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Delivery times are typically 1-2 business days but may vary based on destination and shipping method.
Our goal is for all packages to ship and deliver on time, however certain instances and delays by the carrier may arise and are unfortunately out of our control. In the event this may occur we will do everything in our power to get the package to you as soon as possible.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information.
For your security, all shipments require a signature upon delivery.
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or unverified addresses.
International Shipping
Edward Elise offers insured international delivery to select countries for an additional fee.
Clients are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees as determined by the destination country.
International transit times and customs processing may vary.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
All shipments are fully insured while in transit.
In the rare event of loss or damage, please contact us immediately so we may initiate an insurance claim and resolution on your behalf.

Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you are delighted with your purchase, however should you wish to make a return or exchange, we are pleased to offer a simple and straightforward process.
Eligibility
Merchandise shipped within the United States may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in original, unworn, unaltered condition, stickers and tags fully intact and accompanied by all original packaging, documentation, and certificates.
Items showing any signs of wear, alteration, or resizing are not eligible for return or exchange.
Custom and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiating a Return
To request an approval of return or exchange, please first contact us at diamonds@edwardelise.com with “RETURN/EXCHANGE” in the subject line.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a merchandise return form as well as suggested best shipping practices.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
We highly recommend you *FULLY INSURE* your return shipment for the total value of your purchase with your shipping carrier.

Refund Method
Wire Transfer Purchases — Eligible items purchased by wire transfer are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.
Credit Card Purchases — Returns for items purchased by credit card will be subject to a 5% restocking fee, deducted from the refund total to offset transaction and handling costs.
Gift Returns — Merchandise received as a gift may be exchanged or issued store credit, subject to the same eligibility conditions.
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has passed inspection.
Inspection
Each returned item is subject to verification by our quality-assurance team.
We reserve the right to decline a return if the merchandise does not meet the conditions stated above.
Refund Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
